Reviews on this site are submitted by customers through the review form on product pages or by invitation email after a purchase. We may also republish reviews that customers previously shared with us directly, with their original submission date preserved.
We do not write customer reviews ourselves, purchase reviews, or offer incentives that are conditional on leaving a positive review.
All submitted reviews are held for moderation before publication. We publish reviews regardless of whether they are positive or negative.
A review may be rejected if it contains spam or advertising, offensive or abusive language, personal information about others, content unrelated to the product, or content we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or not based on genuine experience with the product.
We do not alter the substance of customer reviews, and we do not suppress reviews because of a low rating.
A review labelled Verified Purchase was submitted by a customer whose purchase of that product we were able to confirm in our order records.
Reviews without this label may still be genuine, but we were unable to link them to a specific order.
The average rating and review count displayed for a product may include published reviews of the same product collected across our regional stores.
Where reviews originate from another regional store, they may be displayed in their original language.
